Accessibility and help

We want Ember Noise to be usable with a keyboard, screen reader, and your preferred text and motion settings. This page covers the website and the Mac and iOS apps. It describes current features and limitations; it is not a certification of full WCAG or European Accessibility Act conformance.

This website

• A “Skip to content” link appears when you begin keyboard navigation.
• Pages use headings, labelled navigation, text alternatives for images, and visible keyboard focus.
• The signup form labels its controls and announces status messages. Email updates are optional; the pack has a direct download option.
• The demonstration video has a pause control and stays still when your system requests reduced motion.
• Layouts adapt to narrow screens. You can enlarge text using your browser's zoom controls.

The Mac and iOS apps

The apps include accessibility labels and actions for many controls, reduced-motion support, and scalable text on reading surfaces such as lessons. Some mixer controls use a compact fixed layout. Support for a feature in code does not establish that every task works well with every assistive technology. Complete VoiceOver and large-text journeys on current release builds remain part of our review.
